Digital Printing
In general, digital printing is more cost effective on smaller quantities and has shorter turn-around times. It also gives you the opportunity to print variable text or images. As quantities go up, offset printing is usually the better choice because the unit costs go down. When using the Pantone® Matching System (PMS), offset printing will give you the best match, since it uses actual Pantone® inks. Digital printing simulates PMS colors using four color process toner type inks, so color matching to PMS is less accurate. Certain colors cannot be achieved on a digital press. Digital printing will not match offset printing.

Digital Art Design Note:
The best designs are colorful with lots of movement. Avoid large solid and screen areas. Registration is not as accurate, so minimize the use of borders and score registration.
